RX3 Communications, Inc., a leading Federal Government Prime Contractor since 2007 is in search of a full time Telecom and IT Sales Professional. You will be responsible for selling our products and services into State and Local Government Markets as well as targeted Commercial Markets.


Your day will include making numerous cold calls, making follow-up sales calls, and generating leads for future opportunities.   Our base-plus-commission pay structure is designed to reward sales professionals who meet their customers’ needs, build positive customer relationships, and retain business.

Major Responsibilities

  • Learn about and understand the telecommunications industry
  • Understand each client and their customized sales plan
  • Make proactive sales calls and generate leads
  • Discover and close business opportunities
  • Create productive business relationships with new and existing Customers
  • Interact with both Vendors and our Vendor Management team to provide the best solution to our clients
  • Some travel may be expected


Required Skills

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of PROCore, and GOVwin is a plus
  • Posses the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Understand and demonstrate integrity, respect, and the ability to develop positive relationships with management, customers, and peers
  • Energetic, dynamic individual with aggressive sales initiative
  • Proactive sales attitude
  • Being comfortable working with a team is essential
  • Superior organizational skills
  • 3-5 years Sales Experience preferably in the Telecom or IT Markets
  • A college degree is preferred
