Quin Rescigno President Quin Rescigno is a 25 year veteran of the wireless business. He served in several Senior Management positions in Sales and Marketing for TESSCO Technologies including Director of Government End User Sales and Director of Western Region sales. In 2000, He started Rapid Broadband Technologies Inc. a wireless integration company that specialized in building infrastructure for the large wireless carriers. RBT's customers included some of the largest wireless Carriers including, Sprint, AT&T, T-mobile, as well as Government integrators including General Dynamics, Bechtel, Boeing, Fluor, and Concert Technologies. In 2008, he formed RX3 Communications to assist clients who wanted to diversify their client bases into different segments of the Government Market including the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, and other state and local governments. He serves on several local boards within the Reno Sparks Community and is very active in youth sports in the area. |

Scott Ross Vice President of Integration Scott Ross has been in the engineering and integration side of the wireless and construction business for over 20 years. He has built some of the largest wireless systems in the Country. In 2001 he was hired by Rapid Broadband Technologies to be Vice President of Integration. He managed a staff of over 80 employees and built systems from Denver to Northern and Southern CA. His group built a large system for Verizon Avenue that included over 5000 installations in the Monterey Peninsula of CA. He also was instrumental in building the largest E911 system in country for AT&T. |

Linda O'Connell Chief Strategist and CFO Linda serves as the Company's CFO and strategic planning head. Her background consists of 30 years of financial management including 17 with the Federal Government. Her knowledge of how Federal, State and Local governments manage the Procurement process assists RX3 Communications clients with wading through the paperwork that sometimes can bog down the sales cycle. She joined the company in 2009 after a successful career with the Social Security Administration and Dept of Homeland Security in the office of Management and Budget. She worked directly for the White House Staff on procurement issues for the OMB. |
